If you are experiencing login problems, please pay attention:

To login to the forum or any of its features, you should enter your username issued to you by the club in all capital letters: i.e. N1234M and not n1234m. Your password is your member number and should be a 7 digit number like: 6612900. IF you reset your password on the forum because you forgot your password then it will automatically generate a new one that we do not know are want you to have. Unfortunately this feature of the forum cannot be disabled. If you try to login 3 times or more on the forum unsuccessfully it will lock you out and you will need to contact the webmaster to unlock your account. A few members who were signed on in 2005 or earlier still have a password that looks like 01230123. By 2008 we will be changing all of those and will let you know individually when that happens.

The Beta Site Limitations

Since this is a beta site for the club, some of the links may not work. If the link is not active on the homepage, then it will not work even if you click on it from a sub-page on the website. We had to put this website online prematurely because many people were not able to access the old site after they installed Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7 on their computer, and we had members canceling because of that. We are looking forward to getting the system on full gear in the next couple of years as it will be a very robust source of information for owners.

The Cessna 175 & Skylark Club

Club Structure

The Cessna 175 & Skylark Club is a loose association of people who pay dues to the unincorporated Club. The dues are generally designed to cover costs of Club operation and advancement, however there is No Fiscal Accountibility to the Club members for the funds the Club receives. There are no Bylaws, no other structure, and no oversight of the Club beyond the oversight of Kristopher Hoopes, who has sponsored the Club with his time, labor, website domain ownership, and in some cases, money. We are currently working on the legal setup and corporation of the club and the enactment of bylaws etc. This will be accomplished during 2008.

The Club was formed by Kristopher Hoopes January 1, 2005.
